Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and cut the Yukon Gold potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve immediately.
Notes
💡 For extra crispiness, soak the potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before roasting and pat them dry.
