Ingredients
  

  • 4 fresh limes washed and quartered
  • 4 cups cold water
  • ½ cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Lime slices and mint leaves optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash & Prepare the Limes:
    Rinse the limes under cold water and scrub the skin clean.
    Pat dry and cut into quarters.
  • Blend the Limes with Water:
    Add the lime quarters and cold water to a blender.
    Pulse 4-5 times to extract the juice. Do not over-blend to avoid bitterness.
  • Strain the Mixture:
    Place a fine-mesh strainer over a large bowl or pitcher.
    Pour the blended mixture through the strainer.
    Use a spoon to press down and extract all the juice.
    Discard the leftover lime pulp.
  • Add Sweetened Condensed Milk & Sugar:
    Pour the strained liquid back into the blender.
    Add sweetened condensed milk and sugar.
    Blend for 10-15 seconds until smooth.
  • Serve & Enjoy:
    Fill glasses with ice cubes.
    Pour the lemonade over ice and stir well.
    Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves (optional).
  • Drink Fresh!
    Serve immediately for the best taste. If storing, refrigerate for up to 24 hours and stir before serving.

Notes

✔ Avoid bitterness – Use fresh, thin-skinned limes and don’t over-blend.
✔ Adjust sweetness – Add more sugar or condensed milk if desired.
✔ Dairy-free option – Swap condensed milk for coconut condensed milk.
