- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
Prepare the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Sauté the vegetables: Add the sliced onions, peppers, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
